How does the response limit work?

Each plan has a monthly quota (e.g. 500 responses on Intermediate). The cycle renews every 30 days. If you hit the limit, the widget stops appearing automatically unless you enable the extra packs option.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?

If 'Auto Top-up' is disabled, the widget simply hides until next month. If enabled, we automatically charge for each additional block of 1,000 responses, ensuring you never miss feedback.

Absolutely not. Our script loads asynchronously (it doesn't block your site's loading) and weighs less than 50kb. Your users won't even notice we're there.

Can I cancel at any time?
