How do I install the Opiny widget on my site?+
Just copy the snippet generated in the dashboard and paste it before the closing </body> tag of your site. The widget loads asynchronously and does not affect page performance.
What types of surveys can I create?+
You can create NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (customer satisfaction), multiple-choice and open-ended surveys. All formats can be combined in a single widget.
How does AI sentiment analysis work?+
Each open-ended response is automatically analyzed by our AI, which classifies the sentiment as positive, neutral or negative. Results are displayed in real time in the dashboard with charts and filters.
Can I export survey data?+
Yes. In the dashboard you can export all responses in CSV or JSON format. Pro and Enterprise plans also support REST API and webhook integrations.
What's the difference between plans?+
The Free plan allows up to 100 responses/month with 1 active widget. The Pro plan offers unlimited responses, multiple widgets, API access and advanced sentiment analysis. Enterprise adds SLA, dedicated support and SSO.
Can I customize the widget appearance?+
Yes. You can customize colors, font, screen position, button text and the language shown to end users. Pro and Enterprise plans allow removing the Opiny branding.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard under Settings > Subscription. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period, with no additional charges.
Does Opiny support MCP (Model Context Protocol)?+
Yes. Opiny provides an official MCP server that lets you integrate your feedback data directly into AI agents like Claude. See the docs at docs.opiny.com.br/mcp.
How do I contact support?+
You can email suporte@opiny.com.br or use the chat available in the dashboard. Enterprise customers have a dedicated channel with a response SLA of up to 2 hours.
